Reiki is a healing practice in which the practitioner channels life force energy to restore the natural flow of energy in the body, mind, and spirit. The first level attunement focuses on offering this energy healing as a gift to ourselves. 

The form of Reiki offered in this attunement was passed down through the lineage of the House of the Golden Light, which currently operates as a nonprofit healing organization on Big Island, Hawai'i. This practice uses meditation, visualizations, affirmations, and particular hand placements in order to flow healing golden light through our entire being. 

Please bring a journal, something to write with, a blanket/pillow to sit on the grass with, and an open mind. If you have a crystal or some other special item you'd like to have charged with the energy of the attunement, please feel free to bring this. Lastly, if you have an offering for the our Earth altar such as some herbs, flowers, piece of fruit, song, etc., feel free to bring this, as well. 

The attunement will be facilitated by Reverend Magdalen Rose Cammaroto, an ordained minister of the House of the Golden Light and current Vice President of the organization. This attunement is offered by donation – all proceeds directly fund the healing programs of the House of the Golden Light on Big Island, Hawai'i.
