Join us for an evening of grounding, movement, and meaningful connection. We’ll begin with 30-45 minutes of physical exercises to help us connect with our bodies, followed by a circle of connection to share, listen, and feel held in community.
Tea and vegan cookies will be provided, please bring a mug and a yoga mat or blanket.
This is a welcoming space for all femme-aligned people—trans women, cis women, and folks outside of the binary who feel at home in a space centered on feminine experience.
