As you know there are a lot of candidates running to represent Ward 1 — and our neighborhood — on the DC Council. The U Street Neighborhood Association is inviting each candidate to join our community meetings for informal meet-and-greet sessions. It’s a way for us to meet the candidates AND to tell them about the needs of our community.

Our third meeting will be on Monday, April 27 from 6 - 7pm, with Aparna Raj, candidate for Ward 1 Council. Please join us—all are welcome! We will be meeting at the True Reformer Building at 1200 U Street NW.
