In a time where there is much to feel angry, frustrated, and helpless about, it’s important to connect with our inner sense of hope. It takes practice to recognize the light in the dark, and our innate power to take aligned action.
Join us for a morning of planting figurative seeds of hope: together, we’ll explore the garden for symbols of hope in the surrounding plant life, create artwork and poetry inspired by what hope means to us, and have a discussion about what’s difficult about having hope and what it takes to cultivate resilient hope!
